How to report a prompt
Open the exact prompt you want to report and tap the flag icon shown on the prompt image. The report page opens with that prompt ID attached and locked automatically. Prompt IDs cannot be manually edited on the report form.
What you can report
Report content that appears unsafe, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, deceptive, spammy, broken, privacy-invasive or potentially infringing. You may also report a prompt when you are the rights holder or an authorized representative.
Email and review updates
If you are signed in, PromptGem uses your account email automatically. Guest users must enter a valid email address. After submission, we send a confirmation with your tracking code. When the review status or our decision changes, we send the update to the same email address.
What happens next
Each valid submission receives a private tracking code. The PromptGem team may review the prompt, related records and the information you provide; request clarification; restrict or remove content; or close the report when no violation is found.
Submit in good faith
Provide accurate information and enough detail to assess the concern. Do not use the reporting system for harassment, automated spam or knowingly false allegations. Urgent threats or illegal activity should also be reported to the appropriate local authority or platform.
How to report
Report directly from the prompt image
Open the prompt you want to report and tap the flag icon shown on the prompt image. PromptGem will lock that prompt ID into the report so the wrong prompt cannot be selected by mistake.

2Tap the flag iconUse the flag button on the prompt image. The prompt ID is attached automatically and is not editable.
3Submit your concernChoose a reason and explain the issue. We send a confirmation email and email you again when our review is updated.
